If you're like me you have a drawer, cabinet, bin, bag, or SOMETHING that is filled with samples of various products you have accumulated over the last decade. Maybe it was handed to you, maybe it was attached to a product you purchased, maybe it came in the mail with coupons, maybe it was in your hotel room. Wherever you got it, it's taking up space and it could be saving you money.
It may seem obvious, but USE YOUR FREE SAMPLES! You may be surprised that one sample size of shampoo could last you a week of daily washing depending on your hair type/length. Yeah, a week! So look back at your pile of samples and tiny bottles. You may have a year of free shampoo without even realizing it.
These also are great for travel because they don't take up much room, they fit the TSA liquid size restrictions, and you can dispose of them leaving more room in your bags when you come home. You may have samples of shampoo, conditioner, body wash or tiny soap bars, makeup removing wipes, lotion, foundation. Use them up! You can even visit your favorite makeup counter in a department store and get a sample of your favorite foundation in a tiny container. This is also great for traveling!
Oh, PS. Samples can also be for food items. Sample smoothie packets, seasonings, snacks and cereals. Eat 'em up! :)
