Thai Street Food/ Street Snacks: Kanom Tokyo - ขนมโตเกียว is a little thin pancake filled in various ways. Out side of the Tesco Lotus, near the BTS station we found a couple selling Kanom Tokyo snacks.
Your choices were a mini hotdog wrapped in this tiny pancake/crepe deal, or tiny diced chicken, a tiny egg, sprinkled in soy sauce and green onions. There was also a custard variety. They are delicious and only cost a couple of baht each. We stopped here really regularly and the owners were very sweet. We were sad we didn’t get to say goodbye to them!! I guess that means we will have to go back ;) More From Thailand:
