Minimaliste Acacia Dimensions:
285 sq ft - 8.5' x 29'
This is less than Sakura and Chêne, but the same as the Eucalyptus.
Minimaliste Acacia Price
$110,000 CAD (~$87k USD) as shown.
Minimaliste Acacia Bedroom:
A unique feature of this home is 2 bedrooms that can be made fully private. A first floor bedroom has a lift-up storage bed, a barn style sliding door and a storage cupboard. Notice the open nook by the bed, great for setting your phone/book etc right be your bed! Using the ladder you can go up to the loft bedroom which has a very cool hinging privacy panel that can be put up for privacy and taken down for airflow and openness. A decorative round window is in the loft as well as a large window that can be opened. Great idea to give full privacy for everyone in the family. Loft bedroom has a cupboard with a rod for hanging clothes!
Minimaliste Acacia Bathroom:
This bathroom has a 24" stackable washer and dryer set up instead of the combo washer/dryer most THOW go for. A slim sink and vanity, stainless shower, and natures headcomposting toilet with beautiful wooden shelves above. Privacy is enabled by a sliding door.
Minimaliste Acacia Living Room:
Direct vent propane heater can give some ambiance with it's blue flames and a nice feature is that it does shut off when the house is warm enough unlike a Dickinson's Marine fireplace which is also popular in tiny houses.
The couch is spacious for 3 people or to comfortably lay on while hanging out or watching tv. This couch also pulls out to a huge bed. Some storage space is available by custom drawers beneath the couch and they also act as a great foot rest while on the couch.
Minimaliste Acacia Kitchen:
Beautiful custom designed kitchen, with a beautiful L shaped countertop and a double sink which you don't see very often. This home has an apartment sized fridge. There is a pull out pantry again which is fabulous. Coat hooks are just around the corner!
An ikea gateleg type table is available and customized to be used for dining or a desk area that can be folded down when not in use.
I appreciate that they always install a quality water filtration system so that no matter where the home goes in the future, it is ready.
Minimaliste Acacia Loft:
There's a nice little loft on the opposite end to the bedrooms. It could definitely be used for storage, or a reading nook, hangout space, craft zone, or whatever!
