Minimaliste Eucalyptus Dimensions:
285 sq ft - 8.5' x 28'
Overall this is quite a bit less space than their Sakura model or the Chêne model (both 420 sq ft), yet still packs some great design features!
Minimaliste Eucalyptus Price:
$130,000 CAD (~$102k USD) as shown. (Full off-grid capability!)
Minimaliste Eucalyptus Bedroom:
The staircase looks quite spacious and has a great pipe-style rail. I love the look of these steps and the useful storage built into the stairs. The storage includes open cupboards as well as 3 pull out drawers! There is a bit of privacy up to the loft with that wall ledge which is great and also provides a couple of shelves/places for storing a few things.
Minimaliste Eucalyptus Living Room:
The living room is quite narrow, but when I think about my current living room what do I use it for? I sit on the couch and watch tv. It really doesn’t need to bee very deep to accomplish that. As long as the couch is comfy you’re good! It’s just not as conducive to having company as a larger or L shaped couch.
Minimaliste Eucalyptus Bathroom:
The bathroom is very simple, featuring a combo washer/dryer with shelves above and a drawer below. There’s also a sink with storage beneath and a stainless steel shower. Both an exhaust fan and window are present in this bathroom.
Minimaliste Eucalyptus Kitchen:
The kitchen design is awesome with it’s U shape. The appliances are a huge plus - large stove, fridge, and dishwasher!!! Finally a dishwasher in a tiny house. The pull out pantry with narrow shelves is excellent as well as the corner lazy-Susan style cabinet. This is one of my favorite kitchens ever. I love that the pull-pout pantry allows access from either side of it.
Minimaliste Eucalyptus Loft:
The loft is a simple storage area or a reading and relaxing spaces, as shown below with an adjustable seating cushion that can also be laid flat.
