We finished our time on Put-in-Bay by visiting the Put-in-Bay Winery. The winery is located at the Dollar House and will take you back to the 1800's. You'll learn about life on the island, how the ice houses worked, and of course you will learn about wine! I think this wine tasting tour is really unique. For $10/person you get 5 samples that are strategically planned throughout the 35 minute tour of the estate. For instance, starting off with Celebration, a sparkling Moscato seems most appropriate to me! ;-) The tours are every hour from 12pm - 4pm. Of course, we arrived well after 4pm. Bummer. But don't worry! You can still create a flight of your choice of 3 or 4 wines and head on outside to the wine garden where there are plenty of seats available to relax and enjoy. The Winery here also has a kitchen and offers some unique pizzas that you may want to check out if you have the time! As for us, we were wrapping up our day and had a Jet Express to catch, so we opted to eat on the mainland. Pro Tip:The island visitor center has information for the Put-in-Bay Winery. There's a coupon for a free chocolate covered strawberry that you can grab ;-) Being the dummy I am, I grabbed the coupon and completely forgot to use it! Great marketing guys, worked perfectly! ;-) hehe Shop Online:By the way, you can shop their wines online and they have the following discounts: 10% off six bottles 20% off twelve bottles Need Help Planning Your Trip To Lake Erie Shores & Islands?

Discovering our culture is an activity that is really fun. There are things that are not yet discovered and waiting to be known for their cool history. We need to be curious about the history of each thing that is being discovered and thought this conclusion, we may come up to a new realization. Put-in-Bay Winery is a great place to start. It will give us the answers that we are asking for.
