Around Bangkok you will see a site like this: These beauties (called Pla Pao) are fish that have been salted and stuffed with fresh herbs. (lemongrass, anyone!?) If you like fish, you must buy one. For about $5 you can get a whole prepared fish and it will be the most delicious, moist, perfectly cooked fish of your life! The seafood sauce that comes with it is also delicious and I believe there were some herbs and glass type noodles that accompanied it as well.
If you want to try making this at home, here are two recipes:

The cooking strategy that tenderly cooks food, is great since it keeps in moisture and flavor. Healthy and tasty, fish is additionally incredibly versatile. Grilling under fierce heat seals in flavors. Usually a lovely combination of flavors. While simple to make, these dishes were left behind as my chef skills improved and I realized how great a sear-roasted fish could be. But honestly, they’re all simple to master once you know a few tricks of the trade. Nothing gives you a dazzling, flavorful fish.
