If you are wondering what is the difference between Aldis’ Aunt Maple’s Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix and Aunt Maple’s Protein Oat Pancake & Waffle Mix ... It’s hard to say. I bought them both to try them side by side and if there is any taste differentiation, it is negligible as far as I am concerned. I compared the ingredients and nutritional facts and they are identical which makes me curious to know if the mixes are actually the same and just have different packaging? At any rate, I enjoyed these for a quick weeknight breakfast-for-dinner set up along with real maple syrup, of course, which should be warmed in something adorable like this ceramic owl.
I usually make buttermilk pancakes from scratch using buttermilk powder, but for something quicker and easier with a good protein punch, these are a great option!
