Zulily Customer Service:
I recently purchased a lovely duvet cover fromzulily. When it arrived the pattern was lovely and the material soft, but I noticed a snag and a few marks on the material.I contacted zulily and included photos of the damaged item and within one hour they replied! As they were not able to sent a replacement, they actually refunded me and provided me a credit! I thought this was an incredibly generous response and was far beyond what I expected. Zulily is the only daily deal site that I actually purchase from and allow to email me these days and great customer service is one reason why. Thanks Zulily, I love you!
Customer Service Series Explanation:
The market for almost any product today is very competitive and to me customer service is what really stands out and makes me want to be a loyal customer of any given brand, service, or company that fits my current needs and budget. That being said, periodically when I reach out to companies, I would like to share my experience with their customer service in case it helps protect you from a bad situation or gives you confidence to make a necessary purchase knowing the company really backs their product or service.
