Cape Liberty - Bayonne, New JerseyOur weeklong cruise left out of Cape Liberty- a New Jersey Port. Sometimes when we travel we use a park/sleep/fly hotel option where you pay for a one night stay at the hotel and you can park your car for a certain number of days for free. It's a great option that is available near airports and cruise ports all over and can be a less stressful way to start your journey. If you don't need a hotel stay, but you are flying to a cruise port you may also want to check out some parking options near the airport that may be cheaper than parking at the airport. There is also parking right at the cruise port if that fits your needs better. Once you get on the ship you're officially on vacation! Hooray! Get out on that deck and let the wind flow through your hair with the Big Apple as a perfect photoshoot backdrop ;-) And don't worry, even though it feels like a tight squeeze, you will fit under the bridge!! Everyone was impressed once we cleared it. hehe So long, New York/ New Jersey! *waves* We spent the next 2 days on the water as we headed down to Bermuda. The itinerary is 2 full days at sea, 3 days docked in Bermuda, and 1 full day at sea on the way back. Before we knew it, we had anchored in beautiful Bermuda! Come back Wednesday to see what we did once we arrived!
