Aloft Studio 03 On Nut Airbnb tour
Deciding where to stay in Bangkok can be a challenge because there are so many great options. You can stay in some really cheap hostels with bare bones amenities all the way up to luxury hotels and great serviced apartments. It all depends on your budget and needs. We decided to stay again in the On Nut neighborhood. It’s a great neighborhood with lots ofstreet food and easy BTS access. You’re also right by major shopping areas like Lotus and Big C.
The apartment we stayed in was very nice if you're interested in a little bit of a splurge. When you enter the unit, immediately to your left is a bathroom. To the right is a staircase going downstairs. Straight ahead you will see a little desk against a wall that divides the Bed (left) from the closet area (right). There is a large panel of glass which gives you a nice view along with heavy shades because in the day time that sun beaming through the window gets really hot..
For clothing storage in the unit, you have open shelving and open hanging space. The owner kindly supplied us with additional hangers after we arrived. You also have a couple of drawers in that storage area. There are more drawers in the desk if you need more room.
Downstairs
As you go downstairs you will see that the entire downstairs wall is a beautiful window/sliding glass door. Again, great views and great to let lots of natural light in during the day, unless you get too hot.
There is a nice couch and a TV which we ended up not really using to be honest. If you go out the sliding glass door to the right and keep walking, you will end up at the pool. It’s a beautiful pool and is seldom in use. On the other side of the living room you will come to your mini kitchen where your combo clothes washer/dryer is located. There’s also a small supply cabinet. And to the right is a second full bathroom with shower! Yes, 2 full bathrooms! This is a great and unusual feature! Bathrooms are equipped with water sprayer as well as toilet paper. The living space is bigger than many apartments in the area, and having two floors made it feel really luxurious.
The owner has a cool design company and the decorating inside is full of great style. We stayed in this building before, in a different unit. (You can check that out here)If you want to see this unit on airbnb, check it out here. We had a great stay in this unit for a month and if you have the change to spare, I think you’ll love a stay here!
They have some other great units that just have different amenities — maybe no pool or gym, but are a lot cheaper and have that great style. Check out Aloft Studios Instagram Check out Canvas Living And Space Instagram Read More From Thailand:
