Over the last couple months I've been trying some skincare I bought from OZ Naturals off Amazon. I have tried quite a few of their products over the years and my absolute favorite hands down is still their Ancient Orient Rice Enzyme Dermafoliant. When I use this 2-3/week it seriously resurfaces my skin leaving it incredibly smooth and happy! It lasts a long time, but is something I would most definitely repurchase when I run out and something I have traveled with to the other side of the world TWICE. Even with carry-on only luggage, I needed to make space for this. (I did put it in smaller containers, but still..)
Okay wait, total ramble. That's not even one of the products I started this post about.. These are the three: OZ Naturals Super Youth Eye Gel
This eye gel comes in sleek white, cylindrical plastic packaging. Pop off the lid to reveal a pump. I like the pump feature, but I found it inconsistent. Maybe there were a few air bubbles inside? But sometimes if you just want half a pump, I just found it hard to control in that sense. The product is 98% natural and has some great-for-your-skin ingredients like Peptide Complex, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E, Plant Stem Cells all to rejuvenate that delicate skin in the eye area. I'm in the age bracket where I take skin care seriously to prevent premature aging of skin. Others are combatting effects that have already settled in.
I like using this eye gel at night. The gel formula is cooling and refreshing, but on my skin I don't like the way it dries down to wear it under makeup. On my skin it feels just a little tight and slightly sticky. Sometimes I notice a faint white border near the outer corner of my eye when it dries down. {A lot of other people seem pleased with it and have not seen this, so I am glad for them! Always remember everyone's skin is different!} I don't find this a big deal, though, because in the morning I am usually in a rush. At night I have more time to dedicate to skincare routines. It's recommended to use at least twice a day As with any product, the more consistently you use it, the better your results will be. Oh, side note: I'll also put this on in the morning if it's a day I'll be mostly at home, or if I'm not going out until later in the day. OZ Naturals Ocean Mineral Tonic
The ocean mineral tonic is a toner in spray form. It, too, has the sleek white packaging with a pop of blue-greenish color! I use this when I get out of the shower and any time after I wash my face. Most toners I have used are typically the type you put on a cotton round and then wipe your face with. This method always seems to remove a little extra dirt, in addition to the skin benefits. So it was the first time I used a spray form toner. At first I wasn't a fan of the spraying! I think i was holding it too close to my face and the spray felt inconsistent. Later I started to hold it a little farther away and enjoyed more of a misting effect which I think is what I was originally looking for. About 5 seconds after spraying this on freshly cleansed and exfoliated skin, I feel a real tingling. I think this is just the ingredients at work (98% natural) including the witch hazel which is a common ingredient in toners. The tingling subsides as it absorbs and then I move on to my serum stage. If you have incredibly sensitive skin, you may not like this sensation. But for me, it causes no irritation, it is just a sign that it is working!
OZ Naturals Vitamin C Facial Serum
I have grown to love facial serums in my skin care regimen. Apply a small amount while your face is damp for best effects. I find this helps you to disperse the serum evenly and it absorbs nicely.
This serum is als 98% natural like the other products mentioned above and has some great skin ingredients like Vitamin C, Green Tea, Vitamin E, Rosehips, Hyaluronic Acid, Astaxanthin... It comes in a dark tinted glass bottle to protect efficacy of ingredients inside with rubber dropper lid. White label with orange accents. I love how their products all have that white branding with a different colored accent for each product. This serum is on the runny side, so just be careful when you lift the dropper out and squeeze. I decided to make a little facial oil with this serum so i combined in a seperate bottle some of this serum with a little vitamin E, a little rose hip oil, and a little jojoba oil and a little bergamot oil because i find the scent invigorating and it is said to have some nice skin benefits and relieve stress, headaches, and congestion. I've been using this combination for about a month now and am really happy with it!! My skin is not ever perfect, because I'm not perfect. Still, I notice when I take time to take care of my skin, it shows, and it glows through the other imperfections. Find It On Amazon:
