The Bag:
This month there were three different ipsy bags. They each have a similar ombre style, with different color and different wording.:
Peace Love Lipstick, Wild & Free, and Good Vibes Only As you can see, I got the Good Vibes Only. In life, I think it's really important to be positive and spread positivity. There's always negativity dragging everyone down, so why add to it? Be the bright spot in someone's day!

I received an email that my bag had shipped on August 10th. I received my bag on August 15th, right on time.
Thoughts on August 2017 Ipsy
The bag itself is cute, but I don't love the plastic-y type material it is made of. It has that factory odor to it. I do a lot of shadow blending so it will be nice to test out another blending brush. I think theBalm packaging is so adorable on these sample items and perfect for traveling. The green color corrector is a product I don't currently use. I will definitely try it out and see if it's something I want to incorporate into my routine, but more likely it will be an item that gets passed on.
I'm quite excited for the red clay cleanser. Love me a good clay cleanser! I will try this out a few times to make sure it doesn't react badly on my skin and if it's all good I will toss it with my travel stuff. These sizes are perfect for traveling. I usually make use of the toiletries at my accommodation, but face wash is something that is generally not provided. I'm also excited about this liquid liner. Mine have run dry, so this is perfect timing. The tip on this seems thin which is great for my hooded lids. It's also waterproof so hopefully it will really be long lasting! I'm surprised I haven't gotten a mascara yet in the first 3 months. I've gotten multiple eyeliners, shadows, blushes, face washes... but not one mascara. Maybe next month!
