If you're looking for an awesome pool house for family and friends to convene near Fort Myers Florida, boy have I got a place for you!!! I found this place on Home Away/VRBO which is located on the Canals of Cape Coral Florida. The Villa was built in 2012, so it is very new yet and extremely well cared for. It boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, dock with paddle boat, bikes, beach toys and chairs, laundry facilities... it is SUPERB! It's a great place for families to be able to come together, yet still be separate based on the way it is laid out. Want to take a tour? Join me! Master Bedroom OneBeautiful furnishings and an abundance of space await you in this bedroom. The bathroom is immense with two separate sink vanities. Each complete with very nice bathroom toiletries. There is also a spa tub and a shower with rain shower head. A door to the outside area is available directly from this room. The closet here also houses more towels than your party could ever need as well as a lot of hanging space, extra pillows, laundry baskets and so on. Bedrooms 2 & 3Down the hall are bedrooms 2 and 3. They are separated by a spacious bathroom. Each room has basically the same layout: a nice bed, dresser, and good sized closets. The bathroom in the middle has, in addition to the toilet, rain shower, and large sink, a closet that houses the washer/dryer for the unit as well as all the laundry supplies you need!!! This is a great nook for a family, to have 2 separate rooms, but be close together and share a bathroom. These two rooms are at the opposite end of the home from the first master bedroom. Master Bedroom 3: In-law SuiteThis place is so cool. Out in the area of the pool there is a separate building, an in-law suite. The in-law apartment has a nice big bed, a closet to the left of the bed and a dresser to the right. It also has a mini kitchen with microwave, mini fridge, little sink. The bathroom has two big vanities, toilet, bidet, all the toiletries you need and a very nice rain shower also. You can access the pool area from one of two doors to this suit. The photo of the "outside hallway" shows the main door to the suite on the right, and the door to the main house is to the left. Great set up!! Living & Dining RoomsWhen we first entered the house, there was music playing to greet us. We were floored by the place. The living space is really nice. The couches are comfy and there are a lot of movies and entertainment options. The dining area has a glass table and a selection of reading material as well as games. There is also a little desk area with printer, and a wine chiller! Everything is so tastefully decorated KitchenThis kitchen has EVERYTHING!!!! See for yourself: OutsideBetween the pool and outside living areas, the wonderful tropical landscaping and flowers, and the wildlife animal friends you will meet, you'll love being outside here! Cost:To rent this house for a week costs around $1,000 USD. I think that is a fantastic price for this place. What do you think?
The owners are super nice and helpful. They are located in Germany, yet are always readily accessible. I mainly communicated with Monika and she was a delight! There is also a local woman to help you out if needed and she was very sweet. We met her on the day we checked in. Fabulous place! I highly recommend!
