 As you can see above, there are a lot of dining options at Pier 39 and it is convenient to have menus with prices posted where you can look at them and make a decision before you feel too committed. lol. At random, we chose to eat at The Hook & afterwards enjoyed Trish's Donuts The Hook Restaurant at Pier 39 in San Francisco The place was empty when we walked in and there was a seagull flying through the place. Not exactly what we are used to in my neck of the woods. BUT! after we were in there eating and having a good time, a crowd drew and I'd like to think we can take credit for that. ;-p At any rate, I enjoyed spicy crab chowder in a bread bowl and a cool beer to wash it down. Trish's Donuts at Pier 39 in San Francisco   I really wanted to be able to say I got a bucket of donuts, but my reasoning better half kept me rational. ;) We ended with a bag of 12, I believe.
