Step One: Sign in & Click “My Quip” Tutorial: How to Change Your Quip Refill Plan Step Two: Click Manage Refill Plans Tutorial: How to Change Your Quip Refill Plan Step Three: Click the “x” Next to your plan if you need to change to a different plan typeUnfortunately, at this time there is no way to just “switch” plan types. You have to fully cancel one plan and then order another plan. I hope this has been helpful to you. As I mentioned in my Quip Review Post here, I originally purchased a family set and kept 2 exclusively for travel and 2 exclusively for home. I no longer needed 4 head refills every 3 months. I also did not need the toothpaste refill as we now have a huge stockpile to use down. So I wanted to adjust my subscription to just the 2 brush head refills every 3 months. Once my travel sets get used a bit more I will add an extra refill one month to account for keeping those updated, but since I am not traveling every day I do not need their replacements coming in every quarter.
