Cooking Aldi Specially Selected Coconut Top Crusted Flounder & Macadamia Nut Top Crusted Flounder

Cooking the frozen flounder from Aldi was quite simple. I placed it on a cast iron skillet and popped it into my Breville convention oven at 425F for 16-18 minutes.

The Specially Selected Coconut Top Crusted Flounder and Macadamia Nut Top Crusted Flounder were both really tasty. They made dinner easy on a busy work day. The price on Instacart was $6.99 per package (4 servings). This was my first experience cooking flounder at home and I really liked the taste of the fish. 
Going forward, I probably would not re-purchase these frozen meals due to the additives and the artificial flavors listed in the ingredients.
